Worry

Why do we worry, fret, and stew?
Has it ever changed anything for me or for you?
It steals the joy we once had,
Leaving us empty, stressed, and sad.
Worrying about something we can do nothing about,
Only makes us waver and multiply doubt.
The solution is to look above,
And be secure in our Father’s love.
